"Was to receive a receipt for my FEMA renewal payment and telephone number of a FEMA office. Received neither. Called the FEMA number (I found) and determined my Mortgage Co was never put on the original application. That is very important information to have put on the application. Patricia sent the receipt the next day. Disappointed"

"My daughter got State Farm and a month she gets run off the road and the car is totaled. They say she did this on purpose to collect insurance and now they don’t want to pay."

"I was pleased with my insurance agent in Santa Fe, but I knew I was paying top dollar. I did a search, filled out some information online, and Alexus Turcios at Valler Insurance Agency, a State Farm agency, contacted me. I sent her my car policy, and she came back to me with an equivalent policy (coverage was identical) for about half of what I was paying. Alexus was easy to work with, worked fast, and made me happy. Jeff Valler responded warmly to my personal email thank-you. Somehow, the Valler team stood out from a sea of insurance agencies."
